We are looking for:

Title: Systems Engineer / Sr. Systems Engineer

Reports to: Manager-Application Management

Function: Implementation

Qualifications : B.E / BTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc/ MCA/ MCS/M.Sc

Experience : 4-7 years

Job Profile

--Managing Applications running on Hosted Production Environment. Maintain Hosting Environment SLA.
--Application Deployment on Hosted Production Environment. Installation / upgradation of Application on production environment, implementation Support to Behind the Firewall customers. New Hosted Site setup.
--Handling cases escalated to Application Management queue. Provide solution, cause of the problem, with minimum time. 24x7 Shift rotation working time.
--Resolve production issues, do necessary R&D. In case require co-ordinate with Dev/QA /SDM Teams to resolve production issues. Prepare solution and prepare knowledge base

Requirements

--Skill Require -
Operating System Administration - Windows 2000/2003 Server, Linux, Solaris, AIX (Optional)
Web Servers – IIS, Apache
Application Server Administration - Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss, Tomcat
Databases Administration – MySQL, Oracle 9i/10g (basic)
Other Skills - Networking Concepts, Networking Protocols (TCP/IP,SMTP, Telnet, SSH etc)
---Hands on experience on Handling Production Environment, International Customers, Good Business communication
--Strong Troubleshooting, Problem resolution skills
